  • When was Hotelier Turndown Founded?
    Hotelier holds a broad range of meanings for some one associated with or in the business of renting, managing, or who's primary business concerns Hotels. Hotelier Turndown is a collection of ammentites and products that have been used in the Luxury Hotel industry for commercial use since at least the 1800s were rising upper and middle classes could afford (and have access) lodging and dining expierences that were previously reserved for Royalty. Hotelier Turndown was founded in 2020 in response to the global pandemic - determined to delivery previously "Hotel-only" experiences for commercial usage and transform them into residential products for purchase.
  • What does "Turndown" mean?
    "Turndown" is the historic terminology for the physical process of preparing a bed for use by folding back the covers and sheets for entry. Many 5-star hotels and resorts still offer this service, often while guests are at dinner. According to Wikipedia: In the hospitality industry, turndown service is the practice of staff entering a guest's room and "turning down" the bed linen of the bed in the room, preparing the bed for use.[1] In multiple countries, an item of confectionery such as a chocolate[2] or a mint[3] is sometimes left on top of a pillow on the bed that has been turned down.
  • Where are your products created and sourced?
    Many of our Hotelier products have been available for the last 100 years in some of the worlds most luxurious hotels and boutiques. Our goal is to source manufacturers globally to hand-craft and design products that can be produced at scale for home use. To-date, we have used primarily used Israel, China, Turkey, and the United States for product development and distribution.
